Continuity mistake: When Lisa opens the classroom door (opposite the teacher's desk) and is shocked to see Miss Hoover has returned, note the door opens outward (into the hallway) and the doorknob is on the right side of the door. When Lisa runs out of the classroom, that door now opens inward and the doorknob is on the left side of the door. (00:13:40)

Continuity mistake: When Fred and family start their drive toward Jellyrock Park, the trailer has one window and a door on its right side (behind Wilma's side of the car), but when they reach Jellyrock that side of the trailer now has two windows and the door is gone. (00:11:50)

Continuity mistake: During the scene in the elevator when Sarah drops Frank's contact lens, Sarah's fingernails keep changing between short and longer manicured, depending on the angle of the particular shot. (00:49:50)

Continuity mistake: In the Argentinian jungle, when Booth is handcuffed to the tree the handcuff around his left wrist has the single bar facing up, but when Booth makes the comment, "Super fun time, guys," the double bar is facing up. Later on the yacht, when Booth tells Hartley and Black the "funny story" about Das, in the flashback the handcuff around Booth's right wrist also turns itself the opposite way. (01:41:10 - 01:45:00)

Continuity mistake: When Booth first arrives in Bali on the boat he's wearing a brightly patterned tropical shirt, and between shots the shirt's pattern completely changes, though it's the same style of shirt, then it changes back again. (00:13:40)

Continuity mistake: When Hartley arrives at the Russian prison, as he's led down the corridor the handcuffs are around both his wrists with the double bars facing out, chained at the center, but when the handcuffs are removed in his cell note the handcuff is on the opposite way around his right wrist. Continuity mistake: At the very end of the previous episode (approx 11:59 AM), Jack and Phillip are chained at the back of the van, and in the closeup Jack's handcuff double bar faces up on his right wrist. This moment is shown in the recap at the start of this episode. When the van reaches the dump site (approx 12:07 PM), Jack and Phillip are unchained and now Jack's handcuff single bar faces up on his right wrist. (00:01:55 - 00:07:55)

Continuity mistake: While Semmi is telling Akeem about their visits to the nightclubs, there are shots from the original movie with some women they meet. When the "woman" in red tells them she's going to tear them apart, Semmi's wearing a patterned shirt, tie, and blazer when he spits his drink. Two shots later (new footage), Semmi's shirt collar style changes, as well as the pattern on his shirt and blazer. (00:11:15)

Continuity mistake: While Akeem is running on the streets of Queens heading toward Reverend Brown's church, Akeem is wearing dark shoes, but just before he stops near the Lyft car, the actor is wearing sneakers with white stripes. (01:28:00)

Continuity mistake: Gibbs holds up his father's WW2 era Hamilton watch and gives it to McGee. While McGee holds the watch to read the engraving on the caseback, the buckle strap is in McGee's right hand. In the closeup of the caseback the crown is at the bottom (which would mean the buckle strap is in McGee's left hand), but in the two shots facing McGee the crown is at the top (which would also make the engraving upside down while McGee reads it). Continuity mistake: When the helicopter lands on the helo deck there's a white aiming circle with a lineup line at the center, but after Gibbs and Palmer exit the helicopter the flight deck is again seen in a long shot, and the white lineup line is gone. (00:03:30)

Continuity mistake: After Marie's smoke alarm incident Marie starts to talk about Alex's dad coming to dinner, and when Alex walks away from the bouquet of flowers the ribbon has been removed from the bouquet, but next shot it's once again tied around the bouquet. (00:31:50)

Continuity mistake: While Bishop and Torres are locked in the two jail cells, Bishop knocks out the glass from her barred window, but when Torres breaks the old toilet and says, "I really think we're stuck in here," Bishop's cell window glass is perfectly intact - we can see the reflection of all the bars. Continuity mistake: When Gibbs and McGee are alone in the kitchen, in the closeups of McGee when he raises his left hand (such as when he takes the watch from Gibbs) he is not wearing a ring, but in the consecutive shots of the duo McGee is wearing a ring on his left hand (also odd, since it looks like McGee's wedding band).
