Continuity mistake: The Were-Rabbit drops a sign onto Anti-Pesto's van, which then disappears as Gromit goes to chase the Were-Rabbit.

Continuity mistake: When Diego, Manny and Sid are chasing the kid in the ice tunnels. They are right behind the kid. But when the shot shows the kid, the other 3 are nowhere to be seen.

Continuity mistake: In some shots of Wallace when he is brain washing the rabbit's, one section of the solar panels keeps disappearing and reappearing.

Other mistake: When the rabbits are being sucked up at the start, there is light in the tunnel. This is not possible since the tunnel is underground and the pipe has got bends in it. No light should get through.
