Continuity mistake: Graham lies with a rectangular food container set length-wise down his chest. When he picks up his fork (but does not rotate the container), the container suddenly becomes width-wise across his chest. (00:07:50)
Continuity mistake: When the older sister impales herself on the broom handle, her head changed from next to her little sister's hands, at the base, to halfway up the staff with almost a foot of distance between her head and her sister's hands.
Continuity mistake: Hera takes a sip of coffee, holding the Styrofoam cup in her right hand, but suddenly holds the cup - still at her mouth - in her left hand. (00:05:52)

Revealing mistake: More than once, when speaking to their robot doubles, it's obvious that both Charles and Elaine are actually just talking to nobody, given their mannerisms.
Continuity mistake: Lucia's hair goes from disheveled to styled during the time it takes for Pia to say (over the phone), "You've gone almost a decade without a single, serious relationship, Lucia." Moreover, Lucia is already applying mascara. It takes longer than 5 seconds to style/fix one's long hair. (00:01:23)
Character mistake: Educated, intelligent, lawyer Willie Gary tells Mame, "I have this reoccurring dream... [prosecuting a case against Johnnie Cochran]." It should be "recurring dream" - keeps happening repeatedly (over and over) as opposed to just happening again. (00:51:50)
Continuity mistake: A fork in Grace's square bowl props against the corner that is closest to her glass of wine. Grace holds a magazine with both hands. When Grace reaches for her wine, the bowl is at a different angle and the fork is gone. (00:08:00)
Continuity mistake: The remote-controlled truck heads towards a long, square-shaped wall (or landscape edging), about as high as the truck. As the truck gets closer, the wall becomes a partially buried long pipe. The truck more easily goes over the less-exposed round pipe. (00:07:38)
Continuity mistake: Morgan and Sophie take far too many steps to get into the tunnel, then take many more, which take them past the man on the left, but the man is still ahead of them. After they take more steps and are past him, they are back at the tunnel entrance. (00:23:18 - 00:23:50)
Continuity mistake: The position of the pamphlet display on the side table changes a few times after Paul sits on the couch. The pamphlets are near the upper right-hand corner of the table before Paul sits, and then the pamphlets are behind the lamp, towards the rear-center. The pamphlets are in the upper left-hand corner, then suddenly in the upper right-hand corner (where they start) when Paul removes one from the display. Continuity mistake: The phone in the foyer of the Simon house is a dial pad, but changes to a rotary more than halfway through.
Continuity mistake: The right side of Miller's [Ryan Phillippe] shirt collar is underneath his suit jacket, but in side views, the shirt collar extends above the jacket (i.e, is visible up his neck). (00:08:45 - 00:09:10)
Continuity mistake: While Rob is talking to Tracey at lunch, he doesn't eat any of his salad, but its arrangement and contents vary. About half of the lettuce/greens disappear and the cherry tomato on the right side (which is underneath a leaf) is suddenly exposed. A little later, there is a third cherry tomato on his plate (near the middle-top) and lettuce/greens appear on the left side of his plate. (00:54:00)
Continuity mistake: In the rear view of the picture frames on the desk, the frames are closer together and aligned in a somewhat semi-circular pattern, but are spread out and staggered in the front view. At first, it appears a gap in time can possibly explain the rearranged frames (Rock is opening mail), but a rear view while he is still reading his mail shows the frames arranged like they originally were. Continuity mistake: While Lucky does push-ups on the floor, the positions of the pack of cigarettes and lighter on the coffee table change. In the side view, the cigarette pack goes from partially behind the glass to a couple of inches to the right, and the lighter goes from mostly to the right of the cigarettes to behind the pack. Visible crew/equipment: When Grace is entering the flower store, if you look closely at the door, you can see the reflection of the entire camera crew and equipment present. (00:16:07)
