Inmates - S4-E10

Continuity mistake: When Glenn is with Tara and getting ready to move out, he puts on his helmet and you can see it is strapped on. When the shot changes, he swings the fence open and you can see his strap is lose. The camera angle changes again and the strap is back on again. (00:38:15)

Inmates - S4-E10

Character mistake: At the very end of the episode Tara tells Glenn that her sister and nephew were not supposed to be there. Tara had a niece not a nephew.

Inmates - S4-E10

Continuity mistake: When Glenn wakes up we see the door behind him is flush with the concrete, but when he goes inside you see stairs he had to descend to get to the door. There is also no scene in the entire prison episodes where an outer orange door is preceded by steps, they are all flush. Also If you look at the door behind him you see two folding chairs leaning up against the door. When he turns to open the door the chairs are gone.

I Ain't a Judas - S3-E11

Carol: haven't had a chance to say, I'm glad you came back.
Daryl: To what? All this?
Carol: This is our home.
Daryl: This is a tomb.
Carol: That's what T-Dog called it, thought he was right, until you found me. He's your brother, but he's not good for you. Don't let him bring you down. After all look how far you've come.

Rogue Element - S11-E11

Trivia: Eugene is looking for his missing girlfriend, "Stephanie." Princess visits him. He shows her his pinboard with strings attaching clues. He's found out plumber Roman Calhoun, was the last person to see her and tracks him down to a dodgy outfit at "1634 Racine." This is the home address in "The Untouchables" (1987 film about the capture and imprisonment of Al Capone, starring Kevin Costner & Andy Garcia), of Jimmy the good Irish cop, played by Sean Connery. Tell It to the Frogs - S1-E3

Question: Why does Lori tell Daryl that Rick will show him where his brother is but then 10 minutes later tried to talk Rick out of going?

Answer: No, she actually tries to talk Rick out of it, but he's already made up his mind, minutes later when Daryl asks him about the location of his brother Lori says "he'll show you."

Answer: It's not shown, but I think Lori is suffering from some sort of PTSD due to thinking her husband had died, having an affair with Shane and of course the zombie apocalypse as well! This isn't the only time she contradicts herself so it kinda backs this theory up.
