Factual error: Joey and Chandler are supposedly crossing the George Washington Bridge but the exterior background viewed from inside the car is very obviously a repeat reel of another bridge, and their conversation goes on for far too long for the actual crossing. And the cutaway shot after Chandler is kicked out of the car shows an aerial view of the Brooklyn Bridge.

Continuity mistake: The prom video has just ended and the TV screen goes blank. Monica had been sitting next to Rachel, but in the reflection of the TV screen you can see her beginning to stand up. We cut back to a 'real' view, and she's sitting down; then she stands up again. (00:20:25)
Factual error: Phoebe's greatest love David leaves her to go to Minsk and comes and goes throughout the whole show, telling stories of Minsk on the way i.e. of the long months when the sun does not rise and the constant freezing cold. Minsk, being the capital of Belarus (although claimed to be in Russia for reasons explained in Corrections), is approximately as high up north as i.e. Wales and northern coast of Germany, and even during the winter months there is always daylight for several hours. Although winters in Eastern Europe are cold, the kind of coldness described by David would more believably happen in Siberia than Minsk, and the summers are just as nice and hot as everywhere in Europe.

The One Where Chandler Can't Cry - S6-E14
Visible crew/equipment: While Rachel's looking out Monica and Chandler's window she tells Joey that Ross is on a date with her sister, and just as Joey comments, "I didn't know we could date your sister," a crewmember can be seen moving around near the front door at the left side of the screen, and we know it's not Chandler or Monica since they're still in the bedroom wearing robes in the next shot.
The One With The Apothecary Table - S6-E11
Visible crew/equipment: When Phoebe and Rachel stop in front of the Pottery Barn window, in the first shot facing them from inside the store window the end of the brick set wall can be seen, with the camera beside it, and can also be seen when Phoebe comments that it's their exact living room.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ross notices that Ugly Naked Guy is back, in the next exterior shot we can see the top of the set as everyone gathers at the window.
The One In Barbados, part 2 - S9-E24
Visible crew/equipment: While Joey's wearing the snorkel gear he blows a grape out of his snorkel tube, and when Charlie walks into the room the opening in the wall can be seen beside the door.

Visible crew/equipment: When Ross walks into Central Perk and Phoebe asks him about his class before she tells him the truth, in the closeup of Ross the camera can be seen at the right side of the screen.

Other mistake: In the opening scene, while Joey's eating the bowl of Frosted Flakes the box is on the counter, and the brand name "Kellogg's" has been painted blue with its white line extended and covered with a sticker. At the end of the episode, when Joey's eating the Cocoa Puffs the box on the counter has the brand logos for General Mills covered with stickers on the front and sides.
The One Where the Monkey Gets Away - S1-E19
Other mistake: When Rachel's watching the soap opera on TV while babysitting Marcel, she and Marcel are sitting in the middle of the couch, but in the closeup of Dr. Francis we can see the reflection of the empty couch at the bottom of the TV screen.
The One with All the Poker - S1-E18
Continuity mistake: When Chandler and Ross are explaining how Joey cried during their poker game, Joey's coffee mug is blue when he's holding it at the counter, but when Joey walks away from the counter his mug is yellow.
