The One Where Monica Gets a Roommate - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Before Monica stomps on Paul's watch, the chair closest to the fridge does not have fabric backing, then when Ross eats the Oreo and walks toward his jacket the chair closest to the fridge is now fabric backed and his jacket hangs from a chair with no fabric, plus there are only four chairs around the table. However, when Ross picks up his jacket this chair is now fabric backed, the chair closest to the fridge doesn't have a fabric back yet again, and there are now five chairs around the table. The One with the Sonogram at the End - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When we first see Ross at the museum, the woman he works with is holding a rock. In the first shot, she is holding onto it with her right hand at the bottom and just before the shot changes she turns away from Ross. In the next shot, she is facing Ross again and her right hand has moved on top of the rock. (00:02:05)

The One With The Dirty Girl - S4-E6

Question: When Joey asks why he can't give Kathy the pen, Chandler says, "Because she's not eleven. And it's not the seventh night of Chanukah." What is Chandler talking about when he says, "It's not the seventh night of Chanukah?"

Answer: Usually by the seventh night of Hanukkah you don't know what to get the other person, and you will probably resort to getting the other person something insignificant. Chandler is basically saying that the pen is a stupid gift.

Answer: Chanukah is a Jewish celebration that occurs around the same time as the Christian Christmas. The celebration lasts for eight days and it is customary to give a small gift on each of the eight days. There is no special gift required and the line about it being "the seventh night" of Chanukah is just Chandler's sarcasm.
