Don't Bug the Mosquitoes - S2-E12

Character mistake: When the "Honey Bees" (Mary Ann, Ginger, Mrs. Howell) perform, Mrs. Howell (Natalie Schafer) messes up her lip-syncing throughout the number. But it is most noticeable at the very end when the girls put their heads together and say "buzzzzzzzzzzz" but Mrs. Howell is mouthing an "oooooooooo" which she changes to a "zzzzz" mid-way through the note.

Plot hole: Grace is allowed to enter the Miss United States pageant as Miss New Jersey when it is discovered that the actual Miss New Jersey made an erotic film. The problem is, the Miss New Jersey pageant would have a first runner up who would take the winner's place if, for any reason, she were not able to complete her reign. Everyone in the New Jersey pageant system would know Grace had not been a contestant.

Grease 2 (1982)

Continuity mistake: "We're Gonna Score Tonight" - 3:30 into the song, Johnnie rolls a ball down the lane and turns around, throws his arms in victory. In the very next shot, he is jumping from some height to the ground. There is also an obvious cut in the music at this point.

A Chorus Line (1985)

Deliberate mistake: During the finale of "One," near the end of the number when the entire cast and all of the extras, dressed in gold lame tuxedos, are doing the last kick line before the credits, one of the dancers (second row, third from the right) falls down and gets right back up again. While this mistake wasn't "deliberate" as such, it was probably simply prohibitive to film the entire kick line over again for the sake of the one fall that is barely noticeable, so was deliberately left in.

Visible crew/equipment: When Belle is swimming, you can see at one point, that she is swimming in a tank, with a crew member in front of it guiding her with a flashlight to turn right.
