A Snake in the Grass: Part 3 - S3-E15

Other mistake: When Jaden activates Fifth Hope, he removes five Elemental Hero monsters from his graveyard, shuffles them back into his deck and draws three cards. In the shot of the cards exiting his graveyard, Elemental Hero Sparkman is shaded orange. Since Sparkman is not an effect monster, it should be shaded yellow. (00:16:40)

Trapper Keeper: Part 2 - S3-E12

Other mistake: After Jaden knocks the card out of Trapper's hand, an overview shot is shown where Jesse and Trapper's Life Point counts appear on screen. Trapper's life points are 4000, when they should be 1300 as he was attacked by Topaz Tiger earlier in the duel, and his life points went from 2900 to 1300. (00:15:50)

Head in the Clouds: Part 2 - S3-E8

Other mistake: When Adrian passes out after the duel, it cuts to Jaden saying "Adrian" in concern. When he says this, he is looking directly forward, but Adrian is on a glass platform suspended in the air and Jaden is standing on the ground, so he couldn't have been facing him directly. (00:18:29)

Pro-Dueling - S2-E38

Other mistake: When Crowler and Bonaparte approach Damon and Mathmatica during their duel, Mathmatica appears to have 4000 life points. A couple minutes later, when Mathmatica loses 1000 life points due to Damon correctly guessing which card he would draw, Mathmatica's life points are now 3000 (which then go down to 2000). The Demon - S2-E5

Other mistake: When Zane has Cyber End Dragon attack Elemental Hero Shining Phoenix Enforcer, Aster activates a trap card that allows him to send 5 monsters to the graveyard. One of these monsters is Elemental Hero Clayman, but it's shaded orange, and since Clayman is not an effect monster, it should be shaded yellow. (00:18:55)

Let's Make a Duel - S2-E29

Other mistake: When Jaden destroys Slifer 30, Bob tells him he has to drink a full bowl of water in 60 seconds. Once he finishes the bowl, water is shown dripping from his head and splashing up from the bowl, meaning that the bowl couldn't have been empty. (00:14:14)

Camaraderie Contest - S2-E12

Other mistake: Just after Syrus has summoned Ambulance Rescueroid to the field, he uses the effect of Cyber Summon Blaster to inflict 300 points of damage to Hassleberry. At this point, Hassleberry should have 2900 life points (which then go down to 2600). But for a split-second, his life point count reads 4000, which then shifts to 2900 when his life points go down. A New Breed of Hero: Part 1 - S2-E6

Other mistake: After Jaden activates Miracle Fusion, he removes Elemental Heroes Flame Wingman and Sparkman from his graveyard (and removes them from play) so that he can summon Shining Flare Wingman. In the shot of the cards coming out of the duel disk, Sparkman is shaded orange. But since Sparkman is not an effect monster, it should be shaded yellow. (00:14:50)

A New Breed of Hero: Part 1 - S2-E6

Other mistake: When Jaden has Elemental Hero Flame Wingman attack Aster's Elemental Hero Clayman, the Clayman card appears to be orange. However, monster cards are only orange when they have a special ability, and since Clayman doesn't have an ability, it should be yellow. (00:10:54)

Tough Love - S2-E43

Other mistake: When Zane and Aster are talking outside the Duel Academy building, in the shot of Aster saying "I'm just impressed that I beat you on live TV", Zane's deck can be seen inside the duel disk he is wearing. Curry Worries - S2-E11

Other mistake: After Hassleberry activates Survival Instinct and removes from play two dinosaur monsters, the attack points of Curry Fiend Roo go up by 600. However, on the point display that is shown when the points go up, the word DEF can be seen, indicating that it is in defence mode. Since it is the attack points of this card that are going up, and it is currently in attack mode, the word ATK should have been shown in the point display instead. (00:16:18)
