Factual error: Cadence arrives for the wedding on a 727. Closer examination of the aircraft's livery reveals it is a Kitty Hawk Airlines aircraft. This would be fine were Cadence air freight, as Kitty Hawk is a cargo airline. (00:28:40)
Factual error: The extractor fan shouldn't have sucked the hair into the kitchen, as extractor fans blow air from inside to outside.
Audio problem: When Stifler is driving his car away after he wrecked the flowers, he says, "Fu**ers, it's not my fault," but it's visible through the window that he's not saying anything.
Trivia: At the rehearsal dinner, Eugene Levy winces when Fred Willard wishes the bride and groom "many happy shivas" together. A shiva is the traditional Jewish ritual of mourning the loss of an immediate family member.

Answer: It said "Congratulations Jim", and he moved the "s" into "Jim", so it then actually said "Congratulaion Jism" (note, no "s" on the first word).
