Continuity mistake: When you see Perry White’s hand go to his radio to call Clark and Lois into his office, the face of the radio is seen. Then it fades to a different view of him talking to Clark and Lois, and his radio is still seen, only now the space between the top of the radio and the speaker has gotten smaller, the sides smaller, as well as the space between the speaker and the switches he was pushing. Continuity mistake: While trying to restart the engines after the ship is hit by the nuke's EMP, Chandler is checking the fuses while Chung is going through his checklist. There are only five visible fuses in the six available slots in the panel that Chandler is checking. After he gives the order for Chung to "give it a kick-start," the slot which previously had no fuse now does, only for it to shoot out from the start attempt.
Continuity mistake: After Mike's mother tells him that she heard a prowler, when it cuts to Mike and Carl showing up at her house we see that the window is wide open, but when they move in closer ordering the "sicko" to come out of the hedge, the window is closed as it should be, until Mike's mother opens it when she sees that the "pervert" is actually Kay. Revealing mistake: At the river to cross over to Mt Weather, the vine used to swing across the river is just a standard rope, camouflaged. You can see it best when Finn recovers it after Jasper has jumped.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jadzia and Melora are in the runabout talking about relationships, Jadzia mentions having to go back 150 years for a Starfleet relationship; when it cuts to Melora the boom mic can be seen coming in through the front window. (00:23:05)

Factual error: The same number plate can be seen on two different vehicles in this episode. The registration M483LTH can be seen on the hearse and then on Simon's car when parking. No two vehicles in the UK will ever share a number plate. (00:11:10 - 00:12:30)
Into That Good Night: Part 2 - S9-E24
Visible crew/equipment: When Bev hears "movement" on the baby monitor everyone rushes toward Roseanne on the stairs, and just as Roseanne comments that they're all "scary enough individually," we can see the second camera appear at the left side of the screen. Then, when Bev walks through the bedroom's doorway, there's movement of the boom mic at the top left corner of the screen, and when DJ turns on the camcorder the end of the set is visible from the POV of the camcorder.
Continuity mistake: When the door of Pod 1 opens after Jeff realises there is a saboteur on board, we see three vehicles in the pod and beside the Monobrake there is a red unit which has a windshield on it. However, when we see Chip appearing in the next shot, the windshield has gone.
Continuity mistake: Once Billy Numerous splits into 10 copies, you see the Titans standing outside the T-Car. The boys are on the ground and the girls, Raven and Star, are hovering above them. It then cuts to a camera move going around the car and suddenly Raven and Star are hovering above the car itself. (00:09:45)
Visible crew/equipment: After the press conference, while Emily, Rossi, and Derek are standing beside the SUV, when Captain Lancaster walks over to them we can see the four chalk T-marks on the ground where they all stand.
Visible crew/equipment: When Roger's holding the twins over the railing, Cindy grabs Maura, but Roger drops Vivian, and just as he lets the little girl fall we can see both hands of a crew member at the bottom of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Mimi has moved into the warehouse, Drew makes a comment about the TV having surround sound - as the camera pans over him you can see a crew member in the background adjusting a light.
Continuity mistake: During the beginning before the opening credits, C.J. is briefing the press corps on the bus. In the outside shot of the bus, C.J. has her left arm resting on a rail, towards the door. When the shot changes to inside, C.J. has her right arm on a rail towards the driver. (00:01:15)

Visible crew/equipment: After Jenny and Mildred find the statue Jenny calls for Mr. Bernstein, and when Mr. Bernstein walks into the room the white tape T-mark can be seen on the rug where he stands.
Continuity mistake: When Margie Manners is shown mopping the Cleaver's kitchen floor she is using a sponge mop. When Wally comes in, the scene then shows Margie pushing a string mop against Wally's shoes.
Spellbound - S5-E17
Continuity mistake: When D.J. is explaining about vowels, the pattern on Michelle's dress keeps changing. At times, there are flowers over her right shoulder and other times, they are more towards the left. In addition to this, her hair also keeps changing. At times the end of her ponytail is curved outwards and other times, it's straight.
