Communication Breakdown - S5-E19
Character mistake: When Mac, Stella, and Danny are trying to determine where the fired bullet entered the train car, none of them are wearing rubber gloves. But even though they're not handling any evidence, they're still processing a crime scene. (00:05:00)
Continuity mistake: When Kelly is putting the number card on Logan, you can see one on Kendall behind him, when he shouldn't have had one yet.
My Sister, the Homemaker - S5-E12
Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the episode, Jeannie is talking on the phone by the stairs and her sister is hiding behind the banister. Her sister stands up for a moment and shows her full face, revealing that it is actually Barbara Eden's stand-in wearing the green costume.
Death at Victoria Dock - S1-E4
Character mistake: Fisher refers to some characters as speaking "a Slavic language." The characters are Latvian anarchists. Lettish (aka Latvian) is a Baltic language, not Slavic.
Father Frank, Full of Grace - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: When Steve gives Fiona the ticket to Miami he says it is out of O'Hare. When he goes to the airport he is at Midway.
Revealing mistake: The captain's arm that was removed can be seen wrapped in a green screen editing sleeve when he is in the hospital. (00:39:55)
Archer Vice: Southbound and Down - S5-E5
Factual error: When the bikers are chasing the bus, one of them crashes into the "Now Leaving Texarkana" sign. However, shortly before this, we see Cyril crashing into the sign reading "Austin. 105 miles." Texarkana is almost 350 miles from Austin.
The Spanish Inquisition - S2-E2
Revealing mistake: At the very end when The Spanish Inquisition bursts into the courtroom, you can see that Biggles is not played by Terry Jones (as he is playing the accused judge in the court sketch).
Character mistake: When Will tries to quote the law to the barman, he states that the group must be "accompanied by an adult" in order to drink alcohol with food. However, since he just served Jay, he believed Jay was an adult; and Jay is accompanying the group. Both Will and tha bartender miss this.
Factual error: Wanda's father opens his briefcase of DVDs and one of them is Malcolm in the Middle. But the bomb that killed him fell in 1999, and Malcolm in the Middle didn't start airing until 2000.
Since Aunt Ada Came to Stay - S2-E9
Visible crew/equipment: Before Craig finishes speaking with Joanna and puts the car in reverse, a set crew member in a blue shirt is seen in the driver's side mirror.
Continuity mistake: Farzad JinJi is introduced as Dominque in the first season, but he appeared as a different character in the second episode.
Character mistake: When Matt is talking to his priest Father Lantom, he says "it was a nice sermon" instead of "it was a nice homily." In the Catholic church "homily" is the correct word; sermons are Protestant. (00:11:30)
Revealing mistake: In the episode where Denise tries on her wedding dress Jim leaves the room to go and wash up. As he opens the door to leave the living room if you look down towards the front door you can see Dave stood by the door frame waiting for the next scene.
Continuity mistake: Duke is wearing an extra shirt, and his hair is longer then it was, despite continuing the scene from the end of season 2.
Visible crew/equipment: When one of the guards cries "Destroy it!" watch to the left of Karga and you'll see a crew member in jeans hiding behind a wall. This was later edited out on Disney+. (00:18:54)
Plot hole: Live 50th anniversary episode, aired December 9th 2010 - When Sally is allowed into the rubble to comfort Molly as the firemen attempt to free her, one of them says they'll get Sally a hard hat. When we see her talking to Molly in the rubble, she has no hard hat on and instead one of the firemen is hilariously holding his hand above her head.
Plot hole: In the episode where Jessica went home to her family's house in season 2, Bill said "someone who lives here must invite me in." In this episode, Russell Edgington's wolf (Coota) invites Russell into Alcide's apartment. Also, in Season 6 Sarah Newlin recinds Jessica's invitation into Jason's house (which only Jason should be able to do).
Suggested correction: Theoretically correct, but it can be argued that the only evidence present is the bullet (which has DNA and prints burnt off when fired) and the body (which can only be handled by the MEs) gloves are not required.

What utter rubbish. No CSI would enter a crime scene without first putting on latex gloves - it is a carved-in-stone rule.
Exactly. Since Mac, Stella and Danny were processing a crime scene, they would need to wear gloves because without them, they would have contaminated a crime scene by not only getting their fingerprints over everything but, if one of them got a cut or scrape, their DNA would also be thrown into the mix and any defense attorney can call them out on their carelessness and have any evidence thrown out.
